I went into adult life equipped in a degree in Economics and great ambitions for the career in the business environment. I landed a good job in the field expecting that life would fall into steady pace. I soon realised that although I get a lot of satisfaction from my job, there is more and more about the world that I would like to understand. I felt the need to explore and understand myself and that’s where my adventure with internal practice has started.
Like so many people looking for their place in the universe, I went travelling to discover the world and more importantly discover me. I learnt to meditate and calm my mind. I didn’t feel that it was enough and I soon started looking for a practice that would incorporate my body. That’s where martial arts practice came in offering body-mind connection.
My self-exploration continued for a few years but the calling to be closer to people and support them on their path was getting stronger. It took me a few years to find the right channel to do that. Having explored a wide range of therapies, I finally found that Cranio-Sacral Therapy resonated with me the most. It astonished me with the depth of its healing powers and I decided to dedicate my life to this practice.
I graduated from the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London in July 2016, completing my studies with Thomas Attlee who has been a pioneer in the field, establishing the first college in Europe, and developing his own individual approach of Integrated Cranio-Sacral Therapy. I studied Human Anatomy and Physiology alongside the course to complement my understanding of the body.
Through this very gentle approach offered by Cranio-Sacral Therapy I have shedthe layers of emotional as well as physical stagnation that were not relevant anymore. The therapy helped me connect the dots and feel whole. I would like to use my insight and experience to support people in their development on all levels relevant to them. I’m passionate about seeing people reconnect with their health, reaching their full strength and potential.
